She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and she really covers all the bases; even though I know she is working hard for her other clients she makes you feel as if you were her only customer. Try finding service like that these days. Not only did she literally walk me through every process she also recommended other trustworthy professionals i.e. contractors roofers etc. to help me even after her job was done.             I bought a condo through Pam Ryan of Ryan Realty, and I must tell you it was such an easy cycle.  It was as easy as buying a pair of shoes!  Pam showed me condos one day, and I decided that I wanted to live in that complex.  Unfortunately, there were no condos available that fully suited my needs.  So I simply told Pam exactly what I wanted and needed and she helped me to get exactly that.  Pam kept her eyes and ears open.  Since I was not in the area, when one came available she went and looked at it for me and then told me all about it.  It sounded great and I bought it sight unseen.  It was as easy as that.  Pam and Isabel handled all of the details.  They were very professional, efficient and a lot of fun.  The best part is that I absolutely LOVE my new condo!!

            I met Pam at Winter Wonderland one day, when she overheard me telling a friend that I was looking to buy a house.  She gave me a purple pen with Ryan Realty’s phone number on it.  I kept that pen until I was ready to buy my home.  I really like Pam and she took great care of us.  She was very patient and showed us a lot of houses.  Pam really listened to what we wanted and found us exactly that.  The service that we received from Ryan Realty was totally “Blue Diamond.”  Pam and Isabel were so efficient and went above and beyond what we were expecting.  I would definitely recommend Pam Ryan and Ryan Realty.  In fact I already have.

In June of this year we were told that we needed to move to Clearwater, Florida "RIGHT AWAY!"  This meant that I had to sell my house and buy a house in Florida and move in by the end of July.  My husband's co-worker referred us to Pam Ryan, Ryan Realty.  I called Pam at the end of June and told her I was flying into Clearwater to look for our house.  She has a great communication cycle and asked me what I was looking for.  I told her all my considerations, what I did and did not want in my new house.  Pam visualized what I was thinking and told me she has a good idea of what we wanted.

Within an hour of my arriving in Clearwater, Pam, my husband and I got in the car and drove to Virginia Crossing's in Dunedin.  We found the perfect house and not only that it came with furniture!  I actually had a wish to buy a house with new furniture, so it was perfect!

I just want to say that the sale of my hone in Virginia was a fiasco in which I lost money.  The purchase of my home in Florida was very smooth and handled very well by Pam and Isabel.  They were the greatest. We got the home that we wanted and we knew that we were going to benefit from this purchase. I have to tell you that I would refer Ryan Realty to anyone looking for homes in the Clearwater area - and I am a Referral Real Estate Agent - so I will be doing that.

            After seeing a purple Ryan Realty sign in front of a really great house in my neighborhood, I called Pam Ryan.  She showed my wife and me the house and we loved it!  I was very impressed with Pam’s ability to make sure that both parties got the terms and price that they wanted.  She and Isabel were both very professional and resourceful.  Working with Ryan Realty was excellent and I will use them again.

We decided to purchase rental properties as investments so we called Pam Ryan, who had helped us to purchase our home.  We were confident that we could count on her to assist us in locating good, solid rental properties.  And we were right.  Several houses later, we are happily moving on our target to purchase over 20 homes in the next couple of years and Pam has located each one of these houses for us.

          After showing us property on a few occasions, Pam totally duplicated what we want to buy.  The process as gotten so smooth and easy for us now, because Pam will go out and find the properties for us and then just show us the best ones.  This saves our time, and allows us to continue purchasing rental properties on a regular basis.

            A funny thing happened one day.  We were on our way to the airport to leave town, and my wife and I stopped in to Ryan Realty to say “Hi” to Pam Ryan and to set a future appointment to buy property.  As we were leaving Pam’s office my wife happened to ask Pam if she had anything that we’d be interested in buying now.  Pam said “I know just the house.”  So we took a look at it and we bought it.  Since we were not in town and traveling between California and Louisiana Pam’s office handled all of the details.  It was that easy.  We didn’t even have to come to Clearwater to sign the closing papers.

My fiancée, Anisia, and I decided that it was time to buy a house, and Anisia said that we should call Pam Ryan, as she is very fast and efficient.

Pam was really great to work with.  She was always patient with us when we needed her to be patient, and continually found more homes to show us until we finally found our beautiful new home.  And that wasn’t an easy chore.  Anisia and I both had specific requirements in a home, and we also found that we each liked different styles of homes.  So finding a home that suited all of our needs sometimes looked like it would be an impossible task.

Now we have our wonderful new home with a beautiful pool and back yard that’s like a park, and we love our new house.

Residential Property Appraiser

I hired Pam Ryan of Ryan Realty to sell my house and she made everything so pleasant and painless that she reminded me of a commercial that I had seen on TV.  A Buyer goes into a Seller’s home and tells the Seller that he loves her home, but that she is asking too little!!  The Seller asks the Buyer if he wants coffee and he says No, thank you I brought my own.  The Seller then tells the Buyer that he already has his financing in place, and so the commercial goes on like a dream, making the point that real estate transactions aren‘t really like this.  Well, guess what?  With Pam as my Realtor this REALLY is how easy selling my house was.

Pam sold my house in two days, and it was an incredibly easy cycle, going right up through the closing without a single problem. At the closing table I actually felt like there was something else that I should be doing, it just felt too easy!!

Pam and her assistant Isabel are fabulous.  I would recommend Pam to anyone that was buying or selling a home.  Pam has now helped me to buy two homes and sell one, so I can tell you with confidence that she knows what she is doing.

I called Pam Ryan early last fall to talk about listing my house and to determine what I would need to do before selling it.  When Pam and I met, she gave me a list of things that she thought would make my house more appealing to buyers. 

I told her to give me a couple of weeks, and then to call me back.  Well, Pam did call me in a couple of weeks, but I wasn’t ready.  The work that I thought would take a couple of weeks actually turned out to take several months.  And Pam never stopped calling me to check on my progress.   She was always cheerful and willing to call back again.

            I had my house For Sale “By Owner” for 3 months without so much as a nibble.  So I decided to call Pam Ryan and have her list the house.  Immediately there was interest.  I got several offers and accepted one, only to find out that my house had serious structural damage.  Pam, undaunted, found a solution to the problem and implemented it right away.  Despite other numerous obstacles we did close on the house and the thorn on my side has been removed.  Not only did Pam solve my problem she found the perfect buyers who love my house as much as I did (we even have the same breed of dog)!
